Rhonda Barber:
Born in 1968, Rhonda graduated from Saranac Central High School in 1986. Attended Siena college in Albany, NY and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Rhonda returned to Plattsburgh in 1990 to start E-Z Sto. Merged E-Z Sto with X-Plo in 1999.

Central High School in 1989. Attended Cazenovia college in Cazenovia, NY and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. Carrie returned to Plattsburgh in 1993 and worked as property manager of The Development Corporation before purchasing X-Plo in 1999. |
